That's the only reason why insulin would matter in this argument. Otherwise, it hardly does.

oh maltodextrin is very complex
its nice to post, but you neither answered the question, nor was it for you.

Maltodextrine is indeed complex. But the complex/simple thing doesn't matter, and nobody has even pretended it mattered since about 1993. If you want, compare white bread to fructose on II and GI. LMAO. Irrelevent anyway since II and GI aren't going to matter when you're bulking and eating mixed meals. Insulin levels won't matter as long as they're non-retarded. So just drop the insulin argument or tell us why you think it actually matters.

Why don't we start all over. Tell us *how* "clean" foods are superior to "dirty" foods in altering body composition, considering equal amounts of calories, protein, EFA's, and HFCS/TFA's.

insulin matters because unless you need it spiked post-workout, it shouldnt be.

what are "non-retarded" levels of insulin ? I've told you why it matters, its very basic.

How would I be eating high fructose corn syrup or trans fatty acids if I am eating clean ?
oh and you dont consider carbs and saturated fats important enough to also stay at the same levels ??

Once again:
Let's make sure we're talking about the same things here regarding "clean" and "dirty". Clean would be the standard chicken, vegetables, oatmeal, etc. etc. and dirty would be the same diet breakdown but from "junk" food, fattier foods, etc. etc. etc. Right? Now, if you're talking "clean" is structured and "dirty" is eating everything in sight, then you would be correct that there is a difference.
You're obviously talking about the "eating everything in sight", which is not a diet, it's an exercise in gluttony.

OmniPotentTitan, if you come up with a genuine question worthy of answering, I'll do it. So far you haven't brought anything impressive. Give me a solid argument, not "insulin shouldn't be spiked".

I somehow missed that in my dictionary. Spend enough time and you'll become familiar with "clean" and "dirty" foods that have nothing to do with losing control.

You have brought no information into this thread ; simply "this is wrong" "that is incorrect"

Give me a logical question and your reasoning and I'll happily respond. What would you prefer: referenced articles, links to applicable texts, or direct link to the studies?
I don't see anywhere that I attacked you directly instead of the argument. So, that's not an ad hominem.
